More capital intensive investments. Usually leased to a business. The lease periods are multi-year. Great way to diversify the portfolio.
A longer term investment. Great tax advantage, as vacant land is usually taxed conveniently. Some hidden maintenance fees that one may not think about is the landscaping required. Not doing so could lead to steep costs down the road.
