I think this is a key question when you are trying to figure out strategic partnerships. Dealing with real estate, it is important to work along somebody you can trust, but also somebody that can get the job done for you. I hope that this small insight can tell you not only about my knowledge, but also the type of person that I am.
I was born in Bogotá, Colombia. I have lived in Florida for the better part of the last 20 years. I was raised on old school values, where your word is extremely important and work ethic, well... It was not optional! I am a huge sports fan (I love football, soccer and baseball), but I can be conversational about other sports as well.
I Have a Bachelor's degree in finance from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL (2007). I also hold a Master's degree in management from the Harvard University Extension School in Cambridge, MA (2014). Education has always played an important role in my life.
My affinity for real estate was passed on to me by my parents. They always believed that real estate is a great asset for wealth creation as well as wealth preservation. I truly share that thought. I bought my first property in the year 2010. From there I have invested in real estate constantly through the years. I joined Keller Williams in 2018, because I believe in many of the core values of the company (image below).
Another key reason to join KW was its technology. In the ever-evolving landscape of real estate, technology has become the driving force. From how we search for homes, how we digest information, how we sign contracts and other various tasks, technology has taken center stage. KW has made a billion dollar investment pledge to make sure that we can provide you with the BEST service in the industry.
My pledge to you is to work hard. To provide you with the right information, to empower you to make the best decision for you and your family. To lend you my network of allied resources to circunnavegate any inconveniences that may arise. To get you the most amount of money, in the least amount of time with the least possible amount of hassles. Does that sound reasonable? Let's get to work!
